316L steel : We exclusively use 316L steel, also known as surgical steel, for its technical properties, hardness and, above all, its hypoallergenic properties.
18K Gold : 18K gold jewelry is made to order, with a delivery time of approximately 6 weeks. For technical reasons, the patented part of the piece — the “U” and its gate — always remains made of steel.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from Switzerland for all items in stock.
For jewelry made by hand on request (personalizations, specific requests), a manufacturing time of 3 to 4 weeks is to be expected before shipment.

Returns are accepted only in the case of defective jewelry upon receipt .
Any claim must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package, accompanied by photos of the defect found.
